One of those things I ordered and was waiting to try last week came in the mailbox on Saturday.
I've been reading about this stuff over at the Picky Palate (she made cupcakes with it) and since I am in love with both peanut butter and nutella, I risked getting addicted to another creamy spread and ordered it off of Amazon.com (The website says its available at Price Chopper but I couldn't find it there)
Biscoff is a product of Belgium and is made from speculous.
What is specoulous?? Sounds gross doesn't it?
Well specoulous is cookies.
Yup cookies!
They grind them up and mix them with a little canola oil. It taste like cinnamon and vanilla and more than a little like Barnum's Animal Crackers.
I can't wait to try a million things with this stuff!
What new thing did you try today??
Oh yummy! Maybe you can come up with a cookie with this for the cookie swap!
